Welcome to BHLH Astrology (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our astrology, metaphysical coaching, and energy work services. By booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Offered

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Astrology readings and consultations
Energy healing and metaphysical coaching
Shamanic guidance and trauma healing
Spiritual mentorship programs

These services are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and empowerment and should be interpreted for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Client Responsibility & Eligibility

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
You take full responsibility for your personal well-being and decisions made based on the insights provided.
You understand that results vary and are influenced by your personal circumstances and actions.

3. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

Our services are for spiritual and personal growth purposes only.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
Astrology, energy work, and metaphysical guidance are subjective and should not be interpreted as absolute truth.
You acknowledge that these services do not replace professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial services. If you need medical or psychological support, seek licensed professionals.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full before sessions unless otherwise agreed.
No refunds are provided once services have been rendered. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation without proper notice, no refund will be given.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All sessions are confidential.
We will not share your personal information unless required by law or with your written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful space:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
Sessions will not proceed if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Intellectual Property

Any materials, insights, or recorded sessions provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree that we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of our services.
Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Missouri USA.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
